Supply Vessel ( Overseas Vessel )
This Supply vessel shall be designed and built as twin (fixed pitch rudder propellers), two bow thrusters, and two station controls in wheelhouse. The vessel is suitable to be used as offshore supply and fire fighting Class 1 vessel. The vessel accommodation is located forward above the main deck Manufactured to BUREAU VERITAS OF SHIPPING ( BV ) Offshore Support Vessel , Fire Fighting Vessel Class-1 +AMS + DPS – 1, which is part of I.A.C.S (International Association of Classification Societies Ltd) which allows this vessel to be used anywhere in the world with unrestricted navigation.
This Supply Vessel can take her 32 Crew for a minimum of 28 days at sea doing 12 knots with a range of 8500 nautical miles and a deck cargo of around 800 Tonnes with a deck loading of 5T/m2

EXTERNAL FIRE FIGHTING
External fire fighting system is to be as generally stated below and is required to meet FIFI Class 1.
FIRE PUMPS
•Two seawater pumps each 1500 m3/hr at 14 Bar. The pumps to be driven from the front PTO of the main engines via gearbox (increaser) with built-in clutch.
•Independent sea suction and piping system for each pump. The pump casing to be cast steel, shaft acid proof steel & impeller of Al-Bronze.
•Capacity : 1500 m3/hr
•Head : 140 MLC
•Pump speed : 1800 Rpm
•Power absorbed : Maker requirement
•Driver power : Maker requirement
FIRE MONITORS (WATER/FOAM)
•2 x units water monitors (one with double barrel for foam discharge). Electrical
•joystick control from the wheelhouse.
•2 x hand wheels for emergency manual control also built on the monitors.

•Inlet pressure : 12 bar

•Barrel : Acid proof steel, according to requirement for FF Class I vessel.

•Horizontal and vertical movement with limit stops restricting monitor discharge on any part of the vessel.
MONITOR CONTROL
The monitor remote control system consisting of the following:
•1 x main control panel – logic for operation of monitors.
•1 x joystick panel for installation in wheelhouse with the following remote functions
•elevation and rotation of monitors.
•clutch in/out operation of fire pumps
